January 23, 2008 - US Naval Academy Class of 1977 - Report

I"ve been spending some time today talking to people who actually graduated from the US Naval Academy at Annapolis, Maryland with the class of 1977. It's really a fantastic opening line - "Hello, sir. I'm calling because you graduated from the Naval Academy in 1977." This is going to spready pretty quickly - these guys seem to have stayed in touch fairly well. And, they have the same questions I do regarding the line "attended the US Naval Academy" so often used by Frank Delape in his SEC filings. Sooner or later I will get into contact with someone who remembers Frank Delape, and who can tell me why he failed to graduate with his class in 1977. I'm looking forward to it. And funny, I received a random death threat when I posted that article yesterday - like I hit a nerve or something (go figure.) If you attended the US Naval Academy between 1973 and 1977 and remember Francis (a.k.a. "Frank") M. Delape, please send me an email. Thanks.

Rumors are flying hot and heavy that Cirilo McSween is the latest victim of Frank Delape, Richard Kiibler, and the Six Diamond Resorts International (SDRI) team in Bocas del Toro. Again, this is a rumor that has yet to be confirmed, but apparently Delape has set his sights on a parcel of land down on Cayo de Agua owned by Cirilo McSween. They are using a new (old) tactic - digging up an antique land title, dusting it off, and getting (their) judge to award them the property based on that document. Of course, the decision of the local judge will most likely be overturned eventually, but Frank Delape could care less. If this report turns out to be real then Frank Delape made a serious mistake (his second, at least) in Bocas del Toro. Not many people are better connected in Panama than Cirilo McSween.
